Information for our existing Tremcards Perpetual Licence customers

What happens to Cefic Tremcards after June 2009?

Cefic Tremcards software does not include the new instructions in writing document, which must now be carried when hazardous goods are transported by road. For further information about the new document, see here.

Many of our customers have purchased a perpetual licence to continue using their software to produce Cefic Tremcards to use alongside the new instructions in writing. This licence will run until 2020 – the longest time period that the software will allow.

The perpetual licence will not be updated and therefore will contain the ADR 2007 Cefic Tremcards data.  The perpetual licence does not include free of charge IT helpdesk support or technical help from Cefic after the end of June 2009.

PLEASE NOTE THAT CEFIC TREMCARDS SHOULD NOW ONLY BE USED IN ADDITION TO THE NEW INSTRUCTIONS IN WRITING DOCUMENT. THEY ARE NO LONGER A LEGAL REQUIREMENT.
