REACH
The REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, came into force in June 2007 and affects the chemical industry worldwide. REACH is the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals Regulation (EC 1907/2006).
Need an Only Representative (OR)?
If you are located outside the EEA (European Economic Area) you may need an Only Representative (OR). Your OR must be based within Europe and is responsible for fulfilling the obligations outlined in REACH.
