Worldwide Multilingual Service

Carechem 24 International is our 24-hour, 365-day-a-year telephone chemical advice service with the benefit of a global multilingual capability. We cover Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas with the multilingual service. Emergency calls received by NCEC are handled in the language of the caller.

To reduce any delay in giving you the advice you need, NCEC's Emergency Responders use live translation services so there is no need to disconnect the call. Our Emergency Responders are all experienced chemists who are trained in Emergency Response. The team has the necessary training and experience to handle a range of chemical emergencies from simple first aid advice to major incidents.
